Key Responsibilities

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Education/ Customer programs/ Field support
  • CRM (full portfolio) field support experience and expertise is required for this role (minimum 3 years)
  • Training and Medical Education background will be highly valued for the role (2 years)

Experience with educational platforms (e.g. EDUCARE digital platform), Learning Management Systems, e-learning programmes and digital content will be highly valued

  • University degree or equivalent required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and CRM (disease, product, clinical)
  • Promote collaboration across the organization

Your impact in this role

About the Role
The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides field/remote clinical, technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level.

Working with the electrophysiology (EP) portfolio, this role covers the North London region with travel for case support as and when required by client needs. Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements, and the primary focus is with case support, using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio.

This remote field-based role offers a permanent position and requires extensive travel across the North London region (approx. four days per week).

Your responsibilities will include:

What are we looking for in you:

    • Assess program impact, revise objectives, and plan for continuous improvementelevating needs within the country leadership and EHQ Med Ed
  • Manage budgetfor all country MedEd activities in collaboration with country marketing and business teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, acting as a liaison between key country educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.
  • Act as the country SME for CRM education , serving as the go-to resource for training strategy, program execution, and internal support
  • Communicate proactivelywith stakeholders and establish strong networking in the country organization and within the EHQ team
  • Collaborate on the development of our current digital platforms and Learning Management System defining needs and utilizing the platforms in different curriculums
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibility and ensure compliance with governing agency guidelines.
  • Work with your manager to create a structured development plan aligned with your role progression and training needs.
  • Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
  • Leverages tools and programs across the organization
  • Ensure consistency in Boston Scientific branding guidelines.

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Education/ Customer programs/ Field support
  • CRM (full portfolio) field support experience and expertise is required for this role (minimum 3 years)
  • Training and Medical Education background will be highly valued for the role (2 years)

Experience with educational platforms (e.g. EDUCARE digital platform), Learning Management Systems, e-learning programmes and digital content will be highly valued

  • University degree or equivalent required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and CRM (disease, product, clinical)
  • Promote collaboration across the organization

  • Strong customer focus, both internal and external customers
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Problem solving oriented and detail focus
