About the role

will promote and support company products, especially Farapulse and Opal HDx, plus other products in electrophysiology, through education of current & potential customers by providing clinical education for routine issues. Responsible for the day-to-day field execution and clinical-technical support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial Support: Under close supervision, serve as primary resource for clinical support consisting of supporting physicians performing arrhythmia cases in the electrophysiology lab with our systems.
  • Assist in the education of customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by participating in presentations and demonstrations to keep all customers abreast of the latest BSC products.
  • Team up with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Rep to elaborate clinical and technical support documentation for Tenders.
  • Start developing business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Clinical Trial Support: Managing and providing technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory by supporting the site authorization process and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan.
  • Providing initial and continuous training, education and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol, clinical process, products and features under investigation, and procedures involving those products and features.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Native speaking level or proficiency in Spanish and good English level (B2 or higher)
  • 2-3 years of experience in EP; CRM experience will also be deemed valuable
  • Commercial attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Empathy and ability to relate with different stakeholders
  • Eager to learn and to develop on the leadership side
  • Willingness to travel when needed and ready to drive daily

What your role will look like:

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze pricing data and identify gaps, and then work with tender offices, sales, and marketing to close them.
  • Proactively improve deal design in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Help shape and track price performance through monthly reviews and reporting forums.
  • Identify opportunities to improve price consistency, product mix, rebate configuration, and value-based pricing approaches.
  • Support pricing tool implementation and rollout in collaboration with our EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence.
  • Prepare and present pricing reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews and help local teams understand and act on the findings.

As a Pricing Specialist in the Rhythm Management EMEA team, you’re not just running reports -This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and strategic—you’ll spend as much time influencing commercial decisions as you will refining models, with a strong sense of ownership and a clear impact on the business.

  • Communicate like a pro: You can an communicate complex ideas simply and clearly: whether it’s in Excel, PowerPoint, or a cross-functional meeting. You feel confident in influencing and challenging sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics.
  • Are fluent in English & Spanish – any additional European language is a plus.
  • Enjoy working across borders, cultures, and functions and know how to build partnerships across the business.
  • Know your way around reporting tools like Tableau (a plus, not a must).

Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.

This role will be based around Madrid and will require daily travel throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:


• Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
• Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
• Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
• Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
• Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
• Educate clinicians on a product franchise
• Commercially promote a product franchise
• Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.


Profile Requirements:


• Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish (C1)
• Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
• Be computer/technically savvy.
• Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
• Be willing to travel across the Spain or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
• Hold a current driving license
