We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Support Central team as a Business Support Partner. In this role, you will provide essential support to the EMEA Marketing team, helping drive the success of high-impact projects and international events.

As a key partner to our EMEA Sales & Marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating international congresses and meetings, ensuring compliance, overseeing budgets, and supporting a variety of marketing activities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and administering internal documents flow required in case of HCP interactions according to compliance requirements (requests management in the corporate system including HCP contract management/invitations letters, pre and post event documentation etc)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, HCP contractual obligations, and local legal requirements depending on the country in the EMEA region
  • Meetings coordination: support in the organization of medical events such as webinars, advisory boards and sales meetings: internal and external, registering meetings in CVENT
  • Booking flights, hotels and restaurants, handling registrations, maintaining a regular exchange with participants to keep them informed
  • Partner with commercial colleagues, congress organizers and/or external agencies to understand the required actions for specific events
  • Support to spend and budget tracking of the supported business team
  • Procurement: responsible for ordering products or services for third-party entities as needed, PO processing
  • Invoice Handling: invoice processing, including payments follow-up and monitoring invoice status to ensure timely payments.
  • Management of marketing materials stored in an external warehouse (ordering, arranging shipments at the request of business teams, monitoring stocks)
  • Reference contact person for EMEA Sales & Mkt teams and international customers - obtain/provide information, answer queries related to established policies and procedures. Direct people to the appropriate resource
  • As part of a Business Support team, provide support and collaborate with Business Support members when needed
  • Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner

Our requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role in service/ support-oriented role
  • Experience in meetings organization in a medical device company will be a plus
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Very good organizational and task prioritization skills,
  • Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and keen to learn new skills
  • Able to work independently and be part of the team
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is an asset
  • Advanced level in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Key Account Manager - New Cardio

A Key Account Manager (KAM) brings together all resources that are required to execute and implement solution driven sales strategies in selected key accounts and builds relationships with key clinical as well as influential administrative & economic decision makers.

Key Responibilities:

  • Contribute with their field activity to maintain a strong knowledge of the industry, competitive landscape, customer needs and volumes in order to evolve and prioritise commercial strategies and programmes.
  • Contribute to the definition of key value propositions per segment together with Marketing and the CCM/ Commercial teams.
  • Provide Marketing & Commercial teams with market and field knowledge/ feedback for program definition, leveraging on the intelligence collected by the therapy focused Sales & Clinical teams.
  • Responsible for key account segments: GPO’s, Tier 1 accounts and / or high value accounts (if applicable) where clinical activity is high and economical decisions can influence decision-making power. Important to therefore be involved directly with GPOs/ Purchase organizations/ Regional hubs or other centralized purchasing entities in a specific country as well as selected Tier 1 accounts.
  • Provide inputs to develop innovative commercial deals centred on the entire product portfolio, value-added services and specific pricing conditions. Therapy area will remain the focus of the Sales teams.
  • Responsible for integrating new products and services into existing deals.
  • Engage and educate the economic customers and C-level toward equal partnerships driven by sound economic, financial and reimbursement aspects built on client commitment and contract compliance.
  • Contribute to input for the AOP and Strat Plan.
  • Share responsibility and collaborate with existing BSC sales roles in those accounts (E.G. RSM, AM):
    • Share account knowledge;
    • Conduct joint periodical business reviews to align on account planning and forecasts;
    • Co-develop deals and pricing strategies; co-approve deals;
    • Collaborate with the clinical selling organisation to harmonise account strategy and agreements.
  • Interface with HS&P/ Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and participate in cross-divisional deals.
  • May align with HEMA on the main Health Economics messages to be shared with customers in order to unveil the full benefits of BSC offerings; coordinate the delivery of these messages to customers.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations teams in the delivery of regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports and the identification of business opportunities.
  • Record customer information and activities in company's CRM system; uses the system as an alignment tool with other commerical roles.
  • Core competencies: Market & Competitor Knowledge, Strategy Planning, Account Planning, Customer Understanding, External Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Communication & Influence

Key Requirements:

  • Broad experience in sales/ hybrid role and possibly some experience in Key Account/ Solutions role within medical devices market – preferably cardiology

The role of the
Account Manager

The role will be based in Central Poland, with possible nationwide responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being present in the OR to support product evaluations and provide technical assistance

  • Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, s and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial/clinical  programs and solutions.

  • Device Management: monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, i.e. shipments and movement tracking of products. Monitor the levels and expiration dates of products in the field. Coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate material management.

  • Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gathers information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities. Plans and prepares tender / proposal based on account situation and understanding. Participates in negotiations, where applicable, and, in collaboration with Tender Office, prepares administrative documents and input requested by the customer.

  • Performs periodic update with respective Sales Force and QBRs meeting with RSMs, leverages on monitoring and reporting content to ensure effective sales process execution.

What are we looking for in you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or hybrid role, preferably in Cardiology market

  • Biomedical Engineering degree, Scientific degree, business education or nurse – would be an asset

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience in the distribution of medical devices, preferably in the hospital sector (beneficial)

  • Good collaboration, communication and influencing skills

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, HCP contractual obligations, and local legal requirements depending on the country in the EMEA region
  • Meetings coordination: support in the organization of medical events such as webinars, advisory boards and sales meetings: internal and external, registering meetings in CVENT
  • Booking flights, hotels and restaurants, handling registrations, maintaining a regular exchange with participants to keep them informed
  • Partner with commercial colleagues, congress organizers and/or external agencies to understand the required actions for specific events
  • Support to spend and budget tracking of the supported business team
  • Procurement: responsible for ordering products or services for third-party entities as needed, PO processing
  • Invoice Handling: invoice processing, including payments follow-up and monitoring invoice status to ensure timely payments.
  • Management of marketing materials stored in an external warehouse (ordering, arranging shipments at the request of business teams, monitoring stocks)
  • Reference contact person for EMEA Sales & Mkt teams and international customers - obtain/provide information, answer queries related to established policies and procedures. Direct people to the appropriate resource
  • As part of a Business Support team, provide support and collaborate with Business Support members when needed
  • Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner

Our requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role in service/ support-oriented role
  • Experience in meetings organization in a medical device company will be a plus
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Very good organizational and task prioritization skills,
  • Problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and keen to learn new skills
  • Able to work independently and be part of the team
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is an asset
  • Advanced level in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Digital tools knowledge will be valued
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English is a must
