About the role:

The position also provides ad hoc and recurring reporting to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging Reliability and Quality Assurance (R&QA) data. The role includes conducting data quality analysis to ensure integrity, system alignment, and process compliance. Additionally, it serves as a cross-functional representative for R&QA, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance data utility, compliance, and overall efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate and support the execution of the Data & Analytics strategy.
  • Determine customer requirements and translate them into structured reports or dashboards that drive decision-making.
  • Provide analysis and tracking of data through recurring reporting, ad hoc queries, and collaboration with business partners to share insights.
  • Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of input and output data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data handling and reporting processes, contributing to efficiency initiatives with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify report context, data definitions, and data sources to ensure business alignment.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and Analysis for Office (AFO).

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, AFO, Microsoft Excel, and basic SQL.
  • Foundational knowledge and practical experience with data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable business insights rather than just standard reporting outputs.
  • Ability to apply standard techniques in data handling and use tools efficiently under supervision.
  • Understanding of core business and internal data sources and terminology to support operational reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, meet objectives, and deliver accurate and timely insights and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and explain information clearly.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Understanding of operational warehouse management processes and data.
  • Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and experience in quality or compliance-focused environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the design, development and optimization of data solutions that support business-critical KPIs, performance metrics, and forecasting across multiple functional domains.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured analytics projects, using tools such as SQL, Python, AFO, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Build and maintain data transformation workflows and models using tools like Alteryx or DBT to ensure scalable and reusable analytics outputs.
  • Apply project management discipline to plan, prioritize and deliver analytics initiatives that align with business priorities.
  • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of self-service BI platforms and dashboards with high standards of reliability, performance, and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define analytics strategies and influence decision-making.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities, presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and stewardship practices to ensure data integrity across systems and workflows.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior / medior analysts, setting technical direction and encouraging skill development.
  • Contribute to analytics modernization initiatives through process automation, DBT adoption, and lightweight scripting in Python where applicable.
  • Effectively communicate findings and value propositions to senior management through storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and visual analytics.

Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, Alteryx, AFO, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or lightweight analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with DBT for modular, documented, and version-controlled data transformations.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, pipelines, and analytics architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into technical analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear, persuasive insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of analytics initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance and data stewardship best practices.
  • Prior experience in operations or supply chain environments is a plus.

About the role:

Responsible for administering credit policies and procedures to minimize loss of credit losses and maximize collection achievement within the EMEA Distribution Entity.

Your focus will be the French Market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Credit management and risk analysis for your assigned customer portfolio
  • Cash collection, dispute management, delivery control for delinquent accounts, managing customer & invoice queries
  • Cash application support and ensuring compliance and applicable standard operating procedures
  • Performing AR reconciliations and bad debt reserve management
  • Month-end reporting in accordance with SOX requirements
  • Improving and standardizing credit management processes by using lean approach
  • Audit supporting activities and reporting

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting of economics
  • Experience 3+ years in collection (any other experience in MedTech companies is a plus). Experience in general accounting or customer service will also be evaluated.
  • Good command of Excel
  • Hands on and proactive
  • Good command of English and French Language is mandatory
  • Experience with Factoring Companies is requested
  • Experience with SAP4Hana is an advantage
