As part of our Rhythm Management & Electrophysiology team, you’ll work hand-in-hand with physicians and EP lab staff, providing expert technical and clinical support during cardiac procedures. You’ll be instrumental in the adoption of cutting-edge tools such as 3D Mapping and PFA systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths, ensuring their safe and effective use.

Required Qualifications – MUST:

  • English: 90% proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to discuss and explain complex product information.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Cell phone provided as a 24/7 field support tool.
  • Based in: Tijuana, Guadalajara, Mérida

Preferred Qualifications – Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in Atrial Fibrillation, Cardiac Mapping, or Structural Heart procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D cardiac mapping systems.
  • Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, patient-centric mindset, teamwork, and results orientation.

  • Provide in-person support in operating rooms during urology surgeries and patient follow-ups.

  • Execute key account and territory sales plans to meet quotas and expand customer base in both public and private hospitals.
