You’ll begin your day by reviewing data products performance and reliability signals across your portfolio - usage and adoption trends, data quality scores, pipeline SLAs/SLOs, and customer feedback. You’ll meet with internal customers to connect business outcomes to clear data products objectives, refining priorities to unlock measurable value.
When EMEAspecific regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR) arise, you’ll partner with Legal, Security, and HR to chart compliant pathways that keep delivery moving.
You will work with data engineering, platform, architecture and governance teams to clarify data contracts, schemas, lineage, and access models, ensuring every increment is productionready and governed by design. You’ll groom the roadmap and backlog, decomposing epics, sharpening acceptance criteria, and balancing new capabilities with technical debt, observability, and cost optimization. You’ll demo recent increments, capture user feedback, and turn it into testable stories that improve usability, trust, and performance. You’ll brief sponsors on value realized and present investment options for the next phases.
On a monthly rhythm, you’ll coordinate with global data and architecture forums to reuse patterns, converge on standards, and ensure EMEA needs are represented in the enterprise roadmap.
As a champion of the data strategy & enablement team, you will drive adoption through excellent product experience - discoverability in the catalog, clear documentation, and dependable service levels that help teams selfserve trustworthy, governed data at scale.

Key Account Manager(KAM) for, you will play a strategic role in driving commercial success across
Northern Italy. You will be responsible for engaging with both public and private healthcare providers and securing regional tender wins. This role acts as a bridge across functions, with a strong focus on administrative stakeholders and central purchasing bodies.
Preferably Milan or other major cities in Northern Italy (e.g., Bologna, Torino, Verona)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
Devise and implement successful sales strategies across the territory.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers.
Facilitate contract negotiations across the full New Cardio portfolio.
Design and communicate tailored value propositions, including Health Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) offerings.
Tender & Market Access
Lead tender preparation in collaboration with Regional/National Sales Managers and Health Economics teams.
Monitor reimbursement trends and ensure BSC products are included and maintained in the reimbursement system.
Work with central purchasing bodies and contracting authorities to secure wins across multiple product lines.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate cross-New Cardio deals within key accounts, aligning and mobilizing RSMs and AMs.
Act as a strategic connector across internal teams (Sales, HEMA, Marketing) and external stakeholders (KOLs, procurement managers, medical directors).
Market Intelligence
Maintain deep knowledge of industry and competition.
Continuously seek insights from suppliers, HMOs, and other sources to refine country strategy.

New Cardio Graduate Foundation Training Program
Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the New Cardio field from our trained Sales and Support Representatives in a live environment. This will give you a first-hand insight into the commercial world of Healthcare outside of a University setting. You will develop many competences while preforming in a professional work situation.
This role will be based around Milanand will require daily travel throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
• Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
• Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
• Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
• Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
• Educate clinicians on a product franchise
• Commercially promote a product franchise
• Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff by accepting and adhering to BSC's rules and regulations and by engaging in professional and personable conduct at all times with staff and customers. The Graduate is also obligated to comply with any confidentiality and professional policies established by Boston Scientific.
Profile Requirements:
• Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.
• Be fluent in English and Italian (C1)
• Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
• Be computer/technically savvy.
• Have a desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
• Be willing to travel across the Italy or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
• Hold a current driving license
