  • Review and analyze data received from Business Units and other teams (e.g., Global Business Services).
  • Ensure accuracy of various areas while performing month-end close including General ledger, accruals, VAT, Fixed Asset, Operating expense
  • Provide support to accounting team members with day-to-day financial tasks and activities.
  • Help prepare reports by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Support to SOX program
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documentation required for audits.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and standardization across multiple legal entities.
  • Contribute to creating monthly and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Work effectively with diverse teams to support the achievement of organizational goals.

What Are We Looking For in You:

  • Graduated or studying a Bachelor’s degree or higherin Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level)
  • Goods skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Eager to learn new tasks and to work in a stimulating multinational environment

  • Manage the proctoring days request across Europe, Middle east, Africa as well as managing the proctor’s availability agenda.
  • Contribute to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, in compliance with regulatory rules.
  • (30%) Support in management a pool of proctors:
  • Establish Healthcare Professionals contracts and administrative documentation according to internal rules and regulations.
  • Follow up on proctors’ invoices with supporting documentation and in accordance with internal compliance rules.
  • Ensure logistics and communication when organizing meetings/sessions involving proctors.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reporting.
  • (10%) Follow up on HCP certification in eCare Platform:
  • Update Physicians information in eCare platform.
  • Collect and report any discrepancies, bugs in eCare.

What Are We Looking For In You:

  • Graduated in a Bachelor or Master-Degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (B2+)
  • Process development and optimization mindset
  • Good knowledge and confidence in Office package
  • Customer facing experience with the ability to remain calmunder pressure in dealing with issues in a professional manner
  • Professionalism and experience in communication with high level stakeholder both through mail than through calls

  • Provide insights and data to the RS EMEA team to help decision making and business cases for change

What we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role
  • Leadership without authority
  • Working in a highly matricial organization
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Direct CRM experience, preferably in Sales cloud, and in other relevant tools for Remote Sales organizations.
