- Requires experience in manufacturing operations, familiarity with process engineering, production, equipment, and suppliers.

- Experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in other regulated industries such as Defense/Aviation/Automotive.

- Relevant experience from a corporate environment- mandatory

- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPD R&D EE team from both professional and organizational aspects.
  • Take a part in defining the future of system architecture.
  • Actively participate in project teams, contributing to specifications, design enhancements, and defining timelines for electrical design.
  • Develop electrical designs using BSC’s standard development tools and procedures.
  • Ensure timely project completion, monitoring schedules, and adapting to changes.
  • Generate standard reports to communicate project status and results.
  • Collaborate with Sustain R&D Electrical engineering team.
  • Be involved in EMC/Safety, Design, and testing.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electronics Engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role"
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Devices - big advanatage/Defense/Aviation/Automotive industries/
  • Advantageous to have experience in 60601-1 Standards, Design, and testing.
  • Hands-on experience in both Power /Analog and Digital Hardware.
  • Proven team leadership skills and experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Develop content that is compliant with EU MDR, US FDA global regulatory requirements, and all relevant Boston Scientific QS requirements.
  • Lead project phases and gates preparation, drive transition to a new quality system.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks, communicating expected deliverables, and overseeing project procurement management.
Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical/Electrical/Software/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Over 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Project/Program Manager
  • Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in R&D/new product development and multidisciplinary products (HW, SW, Mechanics, Electro-Optics)
  • Leading cross-functional global teams through all project phases (including transfer to production)- preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Strategic thinking, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Creative and agile mindset
  • Self-starter, proactive, dynamic, highly motivated with a “can do” approach
