Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, relevant technical field (with an emphasis on machine learning/artificial intelligence), or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in software engineering, with 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing engineering teams (40+ engineers).
Experience in leading the development and deployment of machine learning and AI-powered products in a production environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the HR domain or HR tech.
Experience in strategic thinking with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of various AI/ML techniques, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, etc.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong background in MLOps, data engineering, and cloud platforms (GCP).
