Responsibilities:

• You will Support Benelux business banking.
• You will help internal business partners with handling their client account openings, closures, incorporations, change of ownership from a local perspective.
• You will act as a point of contact for our internal business partners to help resolve client questions and issues related to local branch products/services
• You will provide support to the other operational teams in Benelux.
• You will manage preparation of regulatory reports and liaise with compliance on completion

What we are looking for:

• You will have Fluency in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French.
• You will have experience of working in a fast-paced international environment and have the capability to deal with tight deadlines and urgent ad hoc matters.

Skills that will help (optional):

• Knowledge of, and business experience with banking regulations on account opening, local products and regulatory requirements (optional) and processes in one of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of or experience with cash management and treasury products, prior experience in operational banking processes will be preferred.
