Responsibilities

As Expert Product Manager (Consumer) at AT&T, and a member of the Empowered Product Team, this role will be responsible for strategically leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of customer value and business viability through informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement. Responsibilities

As Expert Product Manager (Consumer) at AT&T, and a member of the Empowered Product Team, this role will be responsible for strategically leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of customer value and business viability through informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement. Additionally, this role is responsible for communicating product vision, roadmap, and development progress to executive leadership and peers.This position requires office presence 5 days per week in our Dallas or Bothel office.

  • Leads development of product vision, strategy, and MVP GTM approach​
  • Collects and integrates customer feedback​
  • Decides & prioritizes product features based on customer problems​
  • Navigates and aligns internal stakeholders to balance constraints​
  • Measures product performance thru customer feedback & data telemetry

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Experience launching successful tech products​
  • Strong financial acumen; understands tech concepts​
  • Deep customer & industry knowledge​
  • Figuring out solutions to hard problems ​
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
