What you will do…

Own and manage metrics, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Drive the analytics discussion internally with departments leadership and operations.
  • Respond to and deliver ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Responsible for collaborating with leaders to gather all necessary data for quarterly business reviews, business plans, and other strategic data initiatives.
  • Present and explain changes in key performance indicators to key stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations.

Conduct deep dives into drivers of performance (renewal rates, churn, partner performance across sales cycle, etc.).Create, support, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards (BI solution), by working closely with Operations and Data Engineers.

What we expect…

  • 3+ Years of data analytics
  • 3+ Years of working within Revenue Ops or Business Ops (advantage CS Ops/Partner)
  • Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Software business metrics and KPIs (e.g. ARR, Deal Registration, Partner Program Performance, NRR/GRR, Conversion rates, Renewal Rates, Win/Loss, Churn, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Excel & SQL
  • Experience with SFDC, Gainsight and other business applications
  • Experience in BI solutions (advantage - DOMO)
  • Experience in Snowflake - advantage
  • Experience with DBT - advantage
  • Experience in the Cyber Security domain - advantage

Salary range guidance for this position is: $110,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Associates focused on tech touch and digital engagement.
    • Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability for the team.
    • Foster a culture of customer-first engagement and continuous improvement.
    • Design and optimize digital-led customer journeys across lifecycle stages (onboarding, adoption, renewal).
    • Develop automated touchpoints, playbooks, and campaigns to increase product adoption and retention.
    • Partner with Marketing and Operations to deliver personalized at-scale programs (email campaigns, webinars, in-app guidance).
    • Monitor and analyze customer health scores, product usage, and adoption trends.
    • Use data to segment customers, prioritize engagement strategies, and refine playbooks.
    • Ensure escalations are handled efficiently, with clear processes and ownership.
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to align customer feedback with company initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Operations to improve tooling and reporting capabilities.
    • Provide insights to leadership on customer trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role; 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
    • Experience with tech touch / digital-led success models in SaaS.
    • Strong knowledge of customer health scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
    • Proficiency in CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
    • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills
    • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to scale impact through automation.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
    • Proven experience working in highly variable environments or across multiple business units.

• Experience with cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security.
• Generalized knowledge across technical security domains, including: Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Security Monitoring/Detection, and Endpoint management.


Success Metrics
  • Improved Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in tech touch segment.
    • Increased product adoption and usage across digital-led accounts.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate partner systems and processes, providing strategic recommendations to Partner Leadership.
  • Work closely with business systems teams to develop clear requirements, business justifications, and projected outcomes for new initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of new tools and systems to automate and optimize partner operations, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with our business goals.
  • Champion and build internal workflows and processes to drive efficiency and improvements (deal reg, partner applications, etc).
  • own and optimize our cloud services provider processes and systems (like Tackle), driving enhancements to ensure we can effectively co-sell and drive private offers.
  • Manage and maintain multiple partner systems, including the portal, Salesforce, Tackle. account mapping tool, learning management system, and partner university.

Reporting and Analytics

  • To ensure the health of the partner business and achieve annual goals, you will provide proactive support to manage partner performance across the entire sales cycle, including pipeline, closed deals, and deal velocity.
  • You will define and manage specific KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and operational cadences while aligning to the global standards set forth by the Partner Leadership team.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to the Partner Leadership Team, leveraging your understanding of strategic business drivers and ability to analyze historical data to present insights that drive strategy, operational excellence, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the operations team to drive annual planning process, define quarterly and annual targets for regions, managers and team members

Strategic Initiatives

  • Own and Lead strategic cross functional initiatives and projects, to accelerate our partner revenue and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer and Partner Operations to enhance our Armis partner programs. You will manage the entire program lifecycle, from initial concept and design to execution and measurement, with the goal of maximizing partner value and driving desired business behaviors.
  • Spearhead strategic projects that deliver substantial value to partners, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance the partner experience including but not limited to marketplace adoption, and portal improvements.

Qualifications

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in SaaS companies, preferably working in Partner Operations, Partner Program, and with Partners (Resellers, MSPs, GSIs, Marketplace, Distributors, Service Partners) across multiple geographies
  • Proficiency in CRM, BI tools and other partner tools such as Crossbeam, Impartner, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

The salary range guidance for this position is: $120,000 - $150,000
