Are you looking for a creative and challenging engineering role within the technology industry?Arm in Valbonne, France, is looking for an experienced Graduate CPU Micro-Architect RTL Design Engineer to join their team and become part of a world-leading semiconductor company.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing next-gen microarchitectures for next generation CPUs. You will be involved in innovative and cutting-edge CPU microarchitecture development; creating architectures and designs for future low power/high performance CPUs.
You will be working with a range of technologies, such as ARM cores, CPUs, verification, RTL design and implementation. You will be expected to have high attention to detail, as well as excellent knowledge of the CPU architecture.
You will be working with stakeholders and other design teams to ensure the smooth running of the project, as well as ensuring team deadlines and reports are kept up-to-date. Your ideas and creativity will be very much appreciated, as this position requires a lot of out the box thinking.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess an advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field. You should be a problem solver, with a keen eye for details, and have the ability to work independently and efficiently. Solid technical skills, experience in high-level synthesis and a knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog are also essential. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible are highly desirable.
