Job Overview:In this role, you will craft, build, and evolve a state-of-the-art benchmarking framework that brings together the hardware platforms (FPGA, emulation) along with their surrounding tools and automated flows. From hands-on hardware integration to benchmarking reports generation, and through scalable scripting and CI pipelines, you will contribute to unlocking the full performance potential of our next-gen CPUs.
Responsibilities:- Define and maintain various benchmarking environments in simulation, hardware emulation or FPGA.
- Develop a robust automation framework around these environments, from pre-processing to post-processing.
- Run diverse workloads and benchmarks on in-development CPUs, and deliver insightful performance and benchmarking reports to the design team
Required Skills and Experience :- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with hardware bring-up in pre-silicon environments (simulation, hardware emulation, FPGA)
- Comfortable working in Linux-based development environments
- Good English interpersonal skills
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :- Scripting skills in Python or Perl
- Experience with CPU/System performance analysis
- Familiarity with CPU micro-architectural concepts
