We are looking for individuals who:- Hold (or will hold) a relevant University degree by the starting date. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have proven experience.
- Understand computer architecture concepts and trends (CPU, GPU and/or other hardware acceleration).
- Have strong low level programming and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate passion and communicate clearly.
- Have a strong desire to extend both the depth and breadth of their expertise.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:- Deep Learning and/or generative AI (LLMs) and/or Robotics.
- Complex systems and algorithms.
- Architecture performance analysis/optimisation using cycle accurate modelling.
- Digital Signal Processing and/or Computer Vision.
- Vector processing and parallel programming.
- Assembly language, ideally Arm.
- Software/Hardware interface (e.g. device driver, operating system, or compiler development)
- Arm architecture fundamentals.
