You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. You will work closely with our engineering and logistics teams to maintain daily operations. There is never a dull moment as each day presents itself with different challenges.Key job responsibilities
- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.
- Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis).
- This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment.Diverse Experiences

- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
