- PhD in Thermal or Mechanical Engineering or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with IoT device thermal system design and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of computational fluid dynamics
- Expertise in experimental thermal characterization techniques
- Background in consumer electronics product development
- Experience with IoT product ecosystems
