The Difference You will Make:

As the Senior Sales Operations Lead you will focus on accelerating our Homes supply strategy for the fast growing APAC region. In this role, you will partner closely with the Regional Homes Director and Country Managers and be responsible for defining, articulating, and adjusting our sales operations strategy to help grow revenue, market share and achieve sales targets/company-wide objectives

A Typical Day:

  • Serve as the strategic partner to Regional Directors, translating business objectives into actionable regional strategies. Ensure alignment between leadership goals and local execution by leveraging the sales team to drive successful outcomes.
  • Be the voice of the region, articulating the nuanced needs of the diverse APAC markets and influencing x-functional stakeholders to help design and build those needs
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals
  • Define local go-to-market strategy and operating plan inclusive of segmentation, coverage, routes to market, roles, incentives, enablement growth drivers, and strategic initiative to fit your regions
  • Lead local programs and strategies to continuously drive our company objectives
  • Conduct and direct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership inquiries
  • Diagnose opportunities to strengthen Go-to-Market performance including through identifying levers to optimize resource allocation and/or design for your region
  • Partner with Supply, Global Markets, and Product Leadership to develop and execute on local strategies and pilots and help scale successful strategies globally
  • Lead the operating rhythm of your region, including weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews, annual planning, local sales kickoffs etc.
  • Ensure effective delivery of Supply plan org objectives through x-functional partnership, oversight and support to course correct where required to land performance
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve sales efficiency and support strategic initiatives
  • Participate in or help drive cross-functional projects with strong accountability and attention to detail

Your Expertise:

  • 12+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Strategy and planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Analytics)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills including designing, developing and evolving financial/business models.
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact
  • Strong proficiency with data modeling, extraction and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization

A Typical Day:

Vendor Performance Management
