The Community You Will Join:

As the APAC Sales Operations & Vendor Performance Lead, you will play a dual role: driving operational excellence across our vendor network and leading sales operations strategy for acquisition activities in the APAC region. A Typical Day:

Vendor Performance Management

• Own end-to-end performance management of strategic vendor partners, ensuring delivery against SLAs and continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and compliance.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for acquisition performance across APAC, aligning regional initiatives with global priorities.

You will assist with various tasks and projects, such as:

Oversee a strong operational environment for your teams and ensure high quality support for the community from your team

• Manage the team execution of complex, sensitive, and/or urgent issues that might pose a significant risk to our brand or community, including acting as the highest escalation point for case consults and high level escalations from other stakeholders

• Act as a daily main point of contact for journalists and a spokesperson on trust and safety related matters, including managing all aspects of reactive press requests and utilizing all relevant tools and teams available (community support, data, industry research, host and guest stories, etc.) to support Airbnb’s community and brand
