Brand Communication Planning& Execution

• Strong in creative, social, PR, and activation.
• Creates integrated action plans for all Brand communications projects related to Golfand Locker Room with the aim of maximizing brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiency
• Proactively works with Product Marketing, Sports Marketing, EIM and Retail Marketing teams in supporting all their brand asset activities and all trade fairs and trade meetings with aim to position the brand as set out in our objectives
• Remains up to date on the fast-developing Media Environment in general and New Media technologies and opportunities in particular
• Identifies communication opportunities, as well as opportunities for Co-ops & Co-branding

Management

• Assumes responsibility for the (legally) correct usage of the adidas trademarks and logos
• Sources, establishes strong relationships and manages day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners and (media) vendors
• Provides briefings to the Creative Services to convey the desired retail presence and image at retail

Financial

• Follows, maximizes and controls the Brand Communication budget as set according to the Marketing Plan
• Suggests future Brand Communication budgets

Systems and Processes

• Executes and tracks the Brand Communications plan

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the advertising or communication dept.
• Previous experience in advertising, PR, and Creative Services in China;
• Knowledgeable about Sports, esp. Golf. An interest and desire to participate in and learn about sports i.e. a sports enthusiast

• The Senior Specialist Digital Performance Activation is to drive data driven decision across the planning & analysis & optimization of all digital marketing channels to improve the performance in line with strategic initiatives.
• The Senior Specialist Digital Performance Activation is responsible for planning, execution, result analysis & insight sharing across owned digital channels to manage external potential member growth such as full funnel digital media buy and affiliates program, and kakaotalk channel etc.
• The Senior Specialist Digital Performance Activation delivers excellent execution, optimization, and actionable insight by building digital ecosystem, and by measuring performance of brand initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute & support adaptation & localized execution based on Global / local campaigns and X-category & commercial contents according to Digital Activation Calendar/Plan

  • Kick off for mid/long term strategy to strengthen kakao channel friends’ loyalty and to test/initiate new kakao function to increase engagement & conversion.
  • Review on 360 results understanding via data analysis, findings and derive concrete vision and kakao channel strategy.
