About the Internship:
The Digital Process Management & Solutions team drives excellence by:
Managing digital products supporting inbound logistics and transportation.
Simplifying and improving operational processes.
Supporting business users through change management and system adoption.
This internship provides valuable experience in agile product management, digital logistics processes, and global product delivery, building a strong foundation for a future career in product management, operations, or digital solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Product Owners in preparing and refining user stories, with focus on documenting edge cases, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
Maintain a structured, updated backlog in Jira, ensuring clarity on story status, blockers, and priorities.
Coordinate with tech leads to follow up on progress of topics and ensure outcomes are tracked.
Assist in preparing and documenting sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retros).
Help coordinate testing activities (functional checks, UAT follow-up, collecting feedback from users).
Act as a first point of contact for support tickets: triage, document, track, and follow up on resolution with the team.
Consolidate and share recurring support issues or delivery risks with POs and tech leads.
Support creation of delivery reports, release notes, and team communication updates.
Help gather feedback from stakeholders and synthesize into actionable insights.
Contribute to improving product documentation and knowledge base for internal and external users.
Maintain action trackers (Smartsheet, Jira) to ensure accountability and timely resolution of tasks.
Update Yammer/Teams with project milestones, updates, and success stories.
Assist in creating and refining SOP for global processes.
Assist in the update and revision of Labeling & Packaging (L&P) manuals to ensure alignment with rollout requirements
Coordinate with Liaison Offices (LO) to facilitate effective communication and timely implementation of updates
Support rules setup and update in the International Label Application (ILA) system
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Strong communication and analytical skills – able to structure information and present it clearly.
Advanced Excel (SQL, macros, pivot tables, data cleaning).
PowerPoint – ability to create clear and visually engaging presentations.
Proactive and organized – self-starter who can manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor’s & Master’s degree student
Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
