Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and facilitate ALL B2B events across Go To Market, Wholesale, Employee, ERG, Hospitality, and NAM Showrooms to ensure brand excellence and ROI.
  • Lead a team of direct reports by providing clear direction and communication that supports the Brand Experience function and overall adidas business.
  • Develop innovative and experiential strategy across B2B moments.
  • Provide seasonal reporting to NAM Brand Experience Senior Director.
  • Establish and drive agency partner strategy to drive innovation, consistency, and investment efficiency.
  • Establish event best practices that streamline planning and production that drive for efficiency and results.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Procurement team.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with NAM Finance team.
  • Ownership and management of B2B event calendar and provide guidance and flag overlap/conflict to Brand Experience Senior Director and key stakeholders.
  • Ownership and management of B2B budget and provide consistent reporting for Brand Experience Senior Director.
  • Identify and develop talent to help fuel the team's succession plan.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year College or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10-year event marketing experience.

  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
