In this role you will be responsible to connect various stakeholders within the company (CTCs, MOPs, Masterdata, Activation, CRM, CS and others), to gather and provide key information across departments in order to make sure catalogue, price, images, assets and everything that is relevant for activation to be accomplished with the higher standards and in perfect timing.
Provide performance data on key launches and campaigns (Local clubs articles, key running and training franchises, originals, basketball and others).
To have a solid understanding of the digital activation environment, processes, needs, stakeholders and timings, looking for opportunities to improve.
In this role you will be responsible for all digital CRM communications (except social and PR), meaning that all communications that are sent to customers should go through you (copies and key visuals should be approved) before leaving the company.
To manage the digital activation calendar will be one of your key tasks

Key Responsibilities:
Assume the role of Super User and resident expert of all functionalities within the supply planning reporting landscape, providing trainings and knowledge sharing sessions.
Provide visibility to system outputs through reporting for operational planning and purchasing teams.
Create reporting alignments across planning teams and providing quick solutions for operational teams.

Proven analytical skills, systematic and disciplined approach to all work undertaken.
Proven track record of working with BI analysis tools.
Project mindset to scope, plan and execute report and technical development work.
Experience in participating in small/medium sized projects with cross functional and remote teams.
Understand the different levels of reporting needs within a hierarchical organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drives key buy initiatives and provide Senior Management with status reports
* Executes forecast and purchase process (SP forecasting) to determine appropriate quantities to meet the demand for each individual category; Accountable to influence the appropriate production and inventory positions for a Business Unit(s).
