• The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is [$16.50- $21.45]. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging training sessions live or virtually, using interactive and hands-on techniques
• Support new employee onboarding by leading training on brand, product and customer service standards
• Lead the rollout of training programs across retail locations, ensuring consistency and impact
• Track training effectiveness and adapt based on feedback and performance metrics
• Identify learning needs through store visits, performance data and feedback
• Spend 40% of working week with store teams (across South East Europe countries - travel expected), role modeling customer service, observing team’s behavior and providing feedback or coaching
• Mentor in-store trainers, providing coaching and development to strengthen local training capabilities
• Partner with store managers and district leads to align learning programs with business priorities
• Promote a culture of learning by engaging store teams, recognizing top performers and fostering motivation
• Drive digital learning through adidas learning platforms available to store teams

Skills you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in retail, ideally within fashion, footwear, or FMCG, with a training or development focus Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Business, HR or related field—or equivalent experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering practical training content for a retail environment
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards and sales techniques
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience using learning tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning modules) is a plus
• Fluent in English, Greek/Romanian language is a bonus
• Driving license B

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

A key roleresponsible for thecost management for(including outbound and return)

The purpose of the role is twofold. First is a key playerprovide insights thatachieve the transportationcost efficiency goal; second is to provide internal governance to review day-to-day transportationcost developmentfor internal control and drive transportation process (e.g. billing)/template standardisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and continuously maintain the transportation cost budget and planning in line with business strategies and goals
• Offer practical guidelines and principles to comprehensively monitor budget variances and proactively mitigate potential cost overruns
• Provide profound insights and practical recommendations based on cost analysis to optimize cost efficiency
• Deliver systematic and perceptive reports to guarantee cost transparency among key stakeholders
• Act as an owner to drive standardisation of process and template, ensuring operational consistency
• Take lead in governing the day-to-day development of transportation costs to ensure internal control

Key Relationships:

• Internal:Supply Chain Management GCA,IT, Finance,NTP, channelsand otherinternalbusiness teams
• External: 3rdparty Logistics Service Providers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in logistics or transportation management
• Data analytical and intelligent
• Proven track of strong performance in cost budget management and cost optimization experienceis a plus
• Proficient in SQL, and Power BI; Be familiar with SAP, TMS, and MS Office tools
• Good communication with external and internal partners across multiple functions
• Strong integrity of internal cost and process compliance
• Self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
• English as a working language and good presentation skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+’of workingexperience in logisticstransportation field
• Experience in driving cost efficiency
• Lean 6 sigma is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase comp productivity (ns/sqm) to drive franchise channel profitability by reducing franchisee partner Trade Terms to deliver on company's expectation targets
• To be the one point of contact to franchisee partner providing Accountability, Efficiency and Simplicity to the channel to deliver the best support to Franchisee
• To provide regular support to franchisee partner for achieving commercial success by providing available tools of Own retail and strengthen retail execution in the assigned stores to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI’s, and build Brand equity
• To meet or exceed Retail Sales, KPIs, Comp Growth against planned Budgets of the Franchisee run Mono brand Stores to deliver on company's expectation targets
• Evaluate partner organization and give recommendations to improve sell out. Give recommendation of key staff recruitment to deliver on global policies and procedures
