KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in developing specific and measurable performance marketing strategies across football, running, training and Originals across MENA to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly net sales targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with franchise partner marketing teams, site operations and analytics to create synergies and explore and exploit opportunities to drive traffic and hit acquisition targets.
  • Support in finding new & innovative ways to expand eCommerce business and deliver on site revenue goals.
  • Support in managing relationships with media and creative agencies and franchise partners.
  • Work closely with Digital Brand, Brand Comms and eCommerce team to drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. Share with global and other market teams to help educate and learn.
  • Assist CRM Manager in managing top and bottom-line growth of CRM acquisition targets to build lasting digital connections with consumers.

  • Managing and reporting on monthly performance media campaign KPI’s
  • Traffic, revenue, and cost of sale targets
  • Budget planning and phasing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Cross-functional Marketing knowledge in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories (FMCG or sporting goods industry candidates preferred).
  • Experience in Performance Marketing: Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media and Paid Social Media Buying and Planning.
  • Curious and passionate about eCommerce and Digital Marketing and the interaction of the different channels. Comfortable with the rapid evolution of (marketing) technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance knowledge, skills and experience. Experience with attribution modelling is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complexity and remain mature, responsible and calm under pressure.
  • Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communicator that is collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

  • Good communication with external and internal partners across multiple functions

Pillar of rock-solid financial accounting and reporting. Responsible for performing and organizing various accounting and reporting activities, in line with IFRS, local tax regulations, local accounting and fiscal laws, as well as group requirements (Group Finance manual, based on IFRS)

What you will do:

  • Understanding of all processes in the company and how they are recorded through SAP and reflected in financial statements of adidas Bulgaria.
  • Coordination and verification of all postings done in the company’s financial information program (ERP), according to the legal provisions and to the requirements of adidas Group.
  • Actively ensure sustainability of the local GAAP books and General Ledger structure
  • Support Group Taxes and Deloitte on tax compliance and audits – VAT, Intrastat, CIT return preparation, WHT declaration
  • Secure internal processes are tax compliant and ensure that all taxes and charges are paid in full and on time
  • Support Bulgaria Accounting & Tax Manager in external statutory and tax audits
  • Preparation and delivery of month end/year end statutory and group activities. Posting complex business transactions in line with statutory and group legislation
  • Performing internal and external reconciliations and regular internal controls
  • Participation in various projects for the implementation, testing, and modifying ERP in the financial-accounting field
  • Proactive collaboration with SEE Finance team

Skills you will need:

  • Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and tax legislation.
  • Strong process understanding of accounting and finance relevant processes
  • Advanced SAP Knowledge.

·Supports the creation and delivery of campaign go-to-market presentations, summarizing the campaign objectives (RID, allocations, products, visual merchandising, physical and digital marketing tools) to be shared proactively with all key internal and external stakeholders
·Ensures qualitative execution together with visual merchandising team and organizes an installation debrief
·Supports the delivery of a full 360 post campaign report, integrating business KPI’s and a Keep Start Stop analysis to ensure evolution
·Continuously inputs / challenges the campaigns, process, status quo to elevate consumer experience
·Develops and manage and execute instore consumer activations calendar.
·Supports the DTC Activation Manager in the activation of all store openings, refits and upgrades (Includes EM South & Africa)
