  • Employ project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the objectives in the charter.
  • Function as a change agent. Continuously challenge the way things are done. Promote creativity and out of the box thinking.
  • Generate weekly reports from LM to drive improvements
  • Regularly conduct internal Lean audits to monitor progress.

Purpose:

Support the reporting needs of North American Supply Chain Management (NAM SCM) by:

  • Working with SCM and its business and operational stakeholders to create effective analytical and reporting tools that facilitate expert control of the supply chain,
  • Providing data transparency in the most automated and efficient way to support decision-making within the NAM SCM operational team and its partners, and
  • Developing novel approaches for analyzing and visualizing millions of records of data to communicate key actionable insights to the board, operators, and all levels in between

The role ensures NAM SCM has visibility and understanding of its supply chain via the massive amounts of data spread across multiple systems. The Senior Reporting Analyst will use advanced analytics to explain past performance, forecast future performance, and confidently recommend actions with predictable and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a departmental analytics and reporting expert, providing support and training to ensure that skills and capabilities are transferred to others
  • Provide analytical support to streamline and sustain the continuity of reports being generated within the department
  • Develop new analytical tools and operational reporting for SCM functions and the department as a whole
  • Validate and reconcile existing and new reporting tools against actual performance
  • Challenge the current reporting structure and identify areas of improvement
  • Support specific projects undertaken within the department through data gathering, analysis, report development, presentations and recommendations
  • Develop understanding of interdependencies between systems, datasets, and processes
  • Create simulations to evaluate different strategies and scenarios in order to optimize the supply chain for product availability, inventory, and costs
  • Use analytics and reporting as tools to gain expert control of the supply chain

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support Senior Director Sportswear in the execution of product strategy Category interface between Global BU(business opportunities, commercial input process, SMU’s, performance results, market trends/insights, category plans, etc.)
  • Responsible for SPW Men Apparel product range plan+local creations, capability to work independently
  • Drive market/consumer insights into product plan that considers end to end consumer journey
  • Responsible for the business success of the category incl. setting forecasts, pricing corridor, size range, RID and Sell-through
  • Build the category range by channels within guidelines by Global BU, incl. inline, promo, SMU, Local Creation
  • Implement GCA channels allocation for global allocated products
