  • Manages and guides the budget, forecasting and consolidation processes for the company.
    • The cornerstone activity of this role is driving consistency and alignment of planning, reporting, timeline and methodology for the company in alignment with globally defined planning processes.
    • In addition, cross-functional activities such as establishing a consistent reporting environment and optimizing management decisions to maximize profitability are key responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive fiscal year of Retail, eCom and Wholesale profit maximization through providing business performance transparency and identify issues.
  • Develop and update SBP financial goals highlighting key strategic action points.
  • Active communication and issue solution with internal & external to optimize their satisfaction with service provided.
  • Drive Financial planning alignment among Retail, eCom & Wholesale and category.
  • Manage the analysis of monthly financial result and provide consolidation report to Group Finance in collaboration with each channel, brands and Demand planning.
  • Manage Sales Working Budget (SWB) of channels for budget control and ROI evaluation.
  • Develops and monitors key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning in line with global standards.
  • Enhance KPI related data accuracy including Store Traffic data to support Consumer Direct and Wholesale to work on action plan.
  • Manage Monthly Forecasting Process in strong collaboration with commercial finance counterparts.
  • Build up the relationship with Retail, eCom and Wholesale leadership to analyse, design and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability and optimal product mix.
  • Drive the constructive debate with Demand Planning to ensure we are in right position in early states (IBP vs. RFC).
  • Drive continuous improvement in application of KPIs such as margin and OWC (Operating Working Capital).
  • Conduct full compliance to the LPM in all related area and enforce the policy in operation.
  • Provide leadership through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team.
  • Plays a key role in the strategic planning forecasting and decision making to ensure that business goals are met by regularly using the data of company sales, full Profit and Loss, costs, margins and other key financial data available

  • Manage dynamic, high-volume workloads that evolve based on business trends and insights with a specialty focus that will include payment, fraud, and refunds.
  • Partner with internal fraud and payment support teams to identify areas of opportunity and ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented and executed in the contact center.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data insights to monitor department and agent performance in policy adherence and refund activity.

2. Refund & Appeasement Oversight

  • Conduct root cause analysis of consumer friction and work with stakeholders across e-Com and the entire organization to eliminate friction in the consumer experience.
  • Create and share reporting utilizing dashboards and data from across the organization on consumer contact volume, cost of contacts, agent refund activity, and gift cards tracking.
  • Work with global and local stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement internal refund policies in the contact center, balancing customer satisfaction with sound financial outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure consumer services practices remain current and effective.

3. Experience and Automation

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and self-service solutions to reduce consumer contact volumes and improve consumer resolutions.
  • Collaborate with global product owners and local teams to enhance the agent experience through better tools, effective technologies, streamlined workflows, and optimized processes.
  • Partner with CS Learning Operations to design, update, and implement learning content for agents in the contact center.
  • Work within the Consumer Services team to keep the policy and process knowledge base updated and accurate.
