Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling meetings, receiving documents, and following up on outstanding items. Ensure timely and professional communication to maintain strong client relationships.
Documentation Management: Receive, organize, and track all incoming client documents. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and stored correctly in the project management system.
Task Tracking and Follow-up: Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project progress. Follow up with internal teams on task completion, ensuring deadlines are met and potential delays are flagged early.
Project Monitoring: Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Update project management tools and systems regularly to reflect the current status of projects.
Reporting: Generate regular status reports for Project Managers, highlighting key activities, upcoming deadlines, and any risks or issues that need attention.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a project management environment.
