- Experience in planning and execution of programs.

- Advanced knowledge of the domains within your program portfolio and management of multiple medium-large programs at any time.
- Strong software engineering program management skills (i.e. program and portfolio management, etc.).
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive change at all levels within an organization and experience leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
