• An engineering degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant engineering or manufacturing operations experience, of which 3+ years in a people management experience, building & managing technical teams. • Incident and Vendor management experience with Security and Health & Safety awareness • Proven ability in driving and managing metrics/KPI's with a high degree of organization and detail-orientation • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( MS Words, Excel, Project Visio and Power point) and Auto CAD) • Ability to consistently deliver results despite competing priorities and distractions

Key job responsibilities- Delivering capacity to existing Data Centres
- Helping build and bring online new Data Centres- Assisting & managing relationships with external vendors & contractors- Ensuring we adhere to and exceed local Health & Safety standards in all our Data Centres
- Creating and maintaining metrics on all aspects of our Data Centres and utilizing those metrics to drive positive changes
- Assisting in implementing service methodologies including incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, etc.About the team

• Capacity planning and budgetary experience.
• Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects
• Experience in Kaizen/Lean/SixSigma is preferable, with Proven experience of innovation and simplification
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
