As a Lab Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in conducting validation, tests, and analyses. You will work closely with production associates and engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, as well as contribute to the development of new products and technologies. This position requires an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our research and development efforts by providing accurate and timely data and analysis. Perform laboratory tests, and analyses according to established procedures and protocols.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Collaborate with production associates and engineers to support research and development projects.
Assist in the development and improvement of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Maintain excel data bases based on test results, SharePoint sites and trend charts.
Engage on cross functional problem-solving activities.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree desired.
Experience working in a laboratory setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills
Advance excel skills.
strong communication skill verbally and written.
Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
