You will serve as a strategic thought partner to the company's finance team. You will play a key role in the Global Finance manager, while applying problem solving skills and providing actionable insights for decision making and potential improvements.

About The Role

You will serve as a strategic thought partner to the company's finance team. You will play a key role in the Global Finance manager, while applying problem solving skills and providing actionable insights for decision making and potential improvements.

  • Manage a global team of controllers, including team building, mentoring, training and assignment prioritization.
  • Act as a strong business partner for the local teams (finance and business), manage communication channels, policy updates and support new business initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve and simplify operational processes, policies, reporting, expansion and compliance (Tax and Statutory).
  • Responsible for all subsidiaries reporting packages quarterly/monthly reporting.
  • Local payroll review and management
  • Intercompany transactions alignment
  • Implement and improve financial and accounting systems and processes, using tech and BI tools and controls for enhanced reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with peers (procurement, legal, operations and other business units)
  • Ensure compliance with SOX policies and procedures
Your Experience & Skills
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization
  • 5 years of managerial experience
  • CPA with Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies – a big advantage
  • Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company.
  • Proven managerial and leadership experience.
  • Sense of urgency and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Positive, hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with ERP systems and processes
  • Initiate and lead ad hoc projects
