IT Advisor, Technology Consulting - Digital and Emerging Technologies - (Full Stack Engineer) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1507778), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Advise clients on how to understand, architect, select and implement modern technology solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud. Solve technical problems and provide innovative solutions across the full stack (front-end, back-end), focusing on the development, customization and optimization of digital and cloud-based solutions. Translate user stories and technical requirements into functional code. Build and deliver software systems with SDLC best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems, including considerations such as security, reliability, and scaling. Work with product team to deliver excellent solutions and customer experiences.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field of study and 5 years of related progressive post bachelor’s experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field of study and 4 years of related experience.

Must have 4 years of professional software engineering experience using Java and/or .Net.

Must have 2 years of experience in professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and/or operations.

Must have 4 years of experience with full-stack develop leveraging one or a combination of the following frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, and/or Spring Boot.

Must have 2 years of experience with Agile software development, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or similar.

Domestic travel is required up to 50% of the time.
