CNS - Risk - FSRM :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

You will report to the strategy office of the India FS Market Segment Leader, Pratik Shah, and will have the chance to showcase your leadership, analytical, creative, and program management skills. In this role, you will:

2.Partner Collaboration: Work with partners across Service Lines and Competencies on POVs, RFPs, and ad-hoc client requirements.

4.Support Leadership: Provide timely practice updates for senior management and global collaboration.

5.Expand Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of the firm and FS by engaging in multi-competency client updates.

6.Build Skills: Enhance your leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills while expanding your network.

In this role, you'll gain valuable insights into the firm and FS sector, develop essential skills, and build a strong professional network, setting the stage for future growth and impact.

Technical Excellence required

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office apps (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

2. Excellent spoken and written communication

3. Project management skills

4. Basic understanding of the Financial Services sector

5. Experience form the banking sector is added advantage

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

1. Ability to collaborate across levels and functions, demonstrating maturity and impeccable professionalism

2. Ability to research and synthesize ideas to prepare well-structured storylines that deliver insights in an impactful manner

3. Advanced proficiency in basic software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

4. Excellent spoken and written communication

5. Project management ability and high-quality execution focus

6. Basic understanding of the Financial Services sector to build relevant POVs as relevant

7. Understanding of EY, experience of working with different stakeholders and across different parts of the firm is an asset

Experience of 4-5 years in the Financial services space with good analytical and presentation skills
