- Support of our datacenters (2 Sites)
Your missions will be to support our Servers environment (Windows and Linux), applications and our Customers CallCenter/Phone system. You will be in charge to deploy Phone system on new remote sites.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fortinet Call Center and EMEA phone system (Networking/Telecommunication/VoIP)
- Phone System deployment on new Fortinet sites
- Support of our Server farm (VMWare, Linux and Windows servers, Backup)
- Desktops management and support (Imaging, Deployment, Update) (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Write and maintain user and maintenance documentation, Wiki, web sites.
- Reporting regularly to your management.
Technical:
- Practical experience in call center management (call queues, call routing, interaction between call queues and between call centers ….), IP PBX operation (SIP trunking, user extensions configuration, softphones and desk phones configuration)
- Practical experience with SIP protocol, networking and firewall management
- Practical experience with server administration (Linux, Windows)
- Practical experience with desktop support (Mac, Linux, Windows)
- Basic scripting and development (Bash, Python)
Business/Personal:
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communications (English, French)
- Ability to effectively articulate complex technical ideas
- Ability to understand end-users’ requirements, to translate them into technical specifications, and then to develop and deploy the appropriate technical solution.
