1. Performs qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets. Determines the industry's best tools to deliver information in order to make and influence business decisions.3. Participates in research finding by providing analysis and other forms of support. Fulfills requests by employing a variety of techniques including researching, document analysis, data interpretation, and data presentation.
4. Works within standard guidelines and a high degree of supervision in order to gain practical skills. Analyzes basic information and makes decisions within guidelines to solve problems.

1. Bachelor's degree in Library Science or Information Management and one year of previous experience or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Ability to present findings to business or client with clear and concise information

2. Knowledge of specific applications or business segments
3. Banking or financial services experience

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
