Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee Venmo’s integrated marketing strategy, aligning it with company goals and long-term business objectives.
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Partner with leadership to identify growth initiatives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
Lead a high-performing integrated marketing team to create and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.
Champion innovative marketing strategies, leveraging consumer + cultural insights, brand strategy and data analytics.
Help define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Oversee the operations team responsible for forecasting and attributing marketing budgets to business outcomes in partnership with finance.
Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Leadership and Finance to streamline processes for real-time marketing budget tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Serve as a liaison between marketing, commerical, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, building a strong and motivated, diverse team culture.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing, strategy + planning, and budget management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building and developing campaigns for top brands in culture.
Strong analytical skills, experience in marketing attribution models and forecasting a plus
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving operational efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in campaign measurement and ROI optimization.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and brand saviness to drive outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$143400 to $285450
