Lead Logistics Associate
As a Lead Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You willbe responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventorymanagement to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell acompetitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management andstrong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost,efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’llwork out of our Juarez, MX31 location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency andeffectiveness of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery ofproducts and materials to our customers. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and customerservice, to streamline processes and improve overall logistics performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate cycle counting, warehousing, and inventorymanagement activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimizecost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and third-partylogistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) toidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safetystandards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders across the organization. YOU MUST HAVE • Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in afast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, andinventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using logistics management software andtools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities. WE VALUE • Conversational English (70%)
