Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Outbound sales team, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives, fostering an environment of growth, high performance, and continuous learning.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales tactics and strategies tailored to the US market, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly review team performance metrics, providing guidance and corrective actions as necessary to ensure team success and achievement of sales goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain and nurture key customer relationships while supporting the team in developing new ones, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management, to align sales strategies with company-wide initiatives and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity in the US, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on team performance, market dynamics, and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and digital payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and engagement.
