What you will be doing:
Collaborate with internal partners to understand and prioritize product requirements. Translate the needs into clear and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solve complex, technical problems with creative solutions while managing tradeoffs.
Conduct user research, analyze problems and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Conduct compelling, data-based arguments to convince others and generate progress with important results.
Bring user-centric perspectives to discussions about product, establish and articulate design strategy and end-to-end product experience.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably graduate degree in Computer Science, MBA or other related product management fields.
10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, shipping either customer facing or employee facing products by working with engineers, designers, and data scientists resulting in significant business impact.
Demonstrated hands-on product management expertise involving AI, Machine Learning, generative AI, traditional deep learning, and statistical machine learning.
Outstanding communication skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Former engineering background and hands on prototyping & product design mock-up skills.
Be able to thrive and succeed in a fast paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.
Demonstrated outstanding organization skills, attention to detail in writing product specifications, and excellent writing skills to publish case studies, and papers.
Hands-on expertise and understanding of NVIDIA software strategy & products, familiarity of working with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs), open-source frameworks such as Lang Chain, Langflow, Langsmith etc.
