As a Travel Product Manager, you will:
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to build the future of Capital One Travel fintech in partnership with Hopper.
  • Partner with business & design peers to craft a product strategy for what the ideal fintech customer experience should be. You’ll be responsible for optimizing in market products through rapid testing and contributing to the development of new fintech products.
  • Be obsessed with creating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll deep dive into customer feedback, lead usability and observational research in partnership with our design team, synthesize feedback and learnings, and leverage those insights to prioritize optimizations and new features on the backlog.
  • Think strategically about how to prioritize the roadmap in a way that balances building a product that customers love and driving growth and value for our growing business.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
  • Passionate about travel and hungry to go above and beyond to ship features and build a world-class travel business
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $114,700 - $130,900 for Sr. Associate, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
