What You’ll Do
Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Lead the brand vision, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital, traditional, and experiential touchpoints.
Strengthen Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer and partner touchpoints.
Drive Thought Leadership & Market Influence: Position the company as an industry innovator through content, public relations, and executive visibility strategies.
Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the brand experience is seamless, engaging, and customer-focussed.
Leverage Data & Insights: Use analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize performance, and measure brand health.
A high level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and executive-level requests while maintaining strategic focus.
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and manage a team of brand marketers.
What You Bring
The ideal Candidate will have:
Experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in the financial services, fintech, auto, or business-facing industries.
A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives.
A high level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to manage priorities and executive-level requests while maintaining strategic focus.
Expertise in multi-channel marketing—from digital, social, and content marketing to traditional and experiential activations.
A data-driven approach with experience leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market research to drive decisions.
Leadership skills that inspire—experience managing teams, fostering innovation, and collaborating cross-functionally at all levels.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with internal creative teams and agencies to execute high-quality campaigns.
B2B marketing experience preferred, particularly in building brand equity and driving customer and partner engagement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3+ years of experience in direct marketing and brand management in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
3+ years of work experience in financial services or auto industry
5+ years of people management experience
8+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Communications
