-Lead and/or guide pilot plant experimentation and drive model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) approach to accelerate technology delivery and identify innovation opportunities -Build awareness of the competition and monitor new developments and lead projects to bridge gaps in the relevant technology areas. -Act as a local and global mentor for the less experienced scientists / engineers
