How you’ll spend your day
- RM consumption/Direct Material/Shipping Absorption updation and compilation
- Updating Production expenses and identify and analyse variance with last/current year AOP/Actual
- Hyperion uploads as per Requirement
- Supporting ABC Model working and costing cycle
- Product costing and evaluation
- Monitoring Capex projects for the site (control over cash flow and commitment).
- Reporting Monthly Capex Invoicing and Purchase Orders + Allocating Budget in IO
- Preparation and analysis of inventory revaluation and reserves.
- Compilation and Analysis of Monthly Expenses for the site
- Preparing and circulating expense reports for each function.
- Support in Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly closing activities
- Support preparation and reporting of annual plan and quarterly forecasts.
- Support Statutory/Internal/Tax audits
Your experience and qualifications
- Minimum of degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent – CA qualified 2-3 years or Graduate/PG with 4-8 years in B.Com/ M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance
- Industry preference is Pharmaceutical / Health Care / Life Science.
- Strong Accounting or Finance analytical background is a must
- Knowledge of Financial Planning, Revenue and Cost based Planning
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience as finance business partner or cooperation with global finance team – is a strong plus
- Organized, flexible and self-motivated personality
