Job Description

This position supports the Corporate Real Estate division and provides lease administration using CoStar Real Estate Manager. Responsibilities include: lease administration for landlords and tenants, generate lease accounting schedules per lease terms, process tenant receipts and issue monthly invoices, review and submit rent expense invoices, post entries to general ledger, prepare account reconciliations, analyze rent income and expense variances, provide monthly forecast information and assist with preparation of annual plan.


- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of experience in financial accounting activities


Preferred Skills/Experience

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

- Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to identify and resolve variances and to analyze data

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong written and oral communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $23.46 - $31.25 - $34.38 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
