Your Day to Day:

• Define and own the architecture for automation platforms, tooling, and frameworks that enhance developer productivity.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable automation solutions across mobile (iOS/Android) and web testing , deployment, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to streamline workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align automation strategies with business goals and technical roadmaps.
• Drive best practices for software quality, observability, and operational excellence.
• Mentor teams and establish technical standards to accelerate automation adoption across the organization.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, automation, or tooling development.
• Expertise in mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and web automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into the development workflow.
• Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript , and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab).
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) .
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic decision-making skills.
