Job Description

What you will do:

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Supporting Engineering Improvement projects and activities
• Leading the Work Execution strand of the Maintenance Department’s Model Area (company’s lean performance system), working with the team to deliver sustainable improvements
• Coordinating the Daily/Weekly Scheduling Meetings for API Maintenance activities in Fac-01, Fac-03 & Utilities
• Developing and maintaining business process dashboards using PowerBi, Excel and other software to allow the team view key performance metrics easily thus driving process improvements
• Support Maintenance EHS activities

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• 3rd level qualification in Engineering or a relevant discipline
• Excellent computer skills, Excel experience required. Ideally experience in Power-Bi
• GMP experience preferable, to include Lean Manufacturing and a good understanding of continuous improvement and world class maintenance practices
• Experience of High-Risk Work Permitting Management systems and operation.
• Ability to work to the highest standards of safety management required in a high-risk permitting environment.

• Experience in the planning and scheduling maintenance activities in an operating permitted plant environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and work practices for both electrical and mechanical crafts.
• Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems, ideally SAP and ProCal.
