Clinical Lead, Access & Obstetrics

Our Clinical Lead for new innovations in Access and Obstetrics (OB) will work with a team of highly skilled, highly dedicated engineers and clinical Product Managers to realize solutions identified by the Access and OB Category. You will be developing roadmaps, driving innovation, and executing in I2M, solutions which enhance our OB products in ways that will expand access across the globe. This will be done in partnership with well-known global Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

Your role:

  • Provide clinical guidance to R&D teams during product development to ensure product performance meets intended uses.
  • Support our Global Marketing and training organization to include the development and presentation of training materials on new products and features.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Scientists and Product Management:
    • In the development of functional specifications and feature/function prioritization that meet the needs of target customer segments.
    • To ensure that products / solutions are designed according to agreed user needs with optimal protocol setting for the clinical application area.
    • In writing white papers, work‐in‐progress brochures, leaflets, slides and video material etc. on new clinical applications.
  • Provide input into development of value propositions to reflect relevant clinical needs.
  • KOL‐engagement preparation, execution, and insights collection.
  • Own clinical roadmap for the application area and provide input or create proof‐points to facilitate introduction of innovative developments into portfolio at VPC level.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of program development experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D.
  • Your skills include:
    • Clinical and technical knowledge of ultrasound applications. Obstetrics and Point of Care experience, preferred.
    • The ability to apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer or internal issues where needed.
    • Prior experience in commercial ultrasound (highly desired).
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred)
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient at time management.

The pay range for this position is $160,720.00 to $275,520.00, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
