We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-organizational SDLC best practices adoption programs. In this critical role, you will coordinate with multiple organizational leaders spanning various functional domains to establish and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our security posture, align with industry best practices, and ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) standards.Program Creation and Execution:
Coordinate with organizational leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution across functional domains.Technical Guidance and Documentation:
Metrics and Reporting:
Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular reporting, meetings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and accountability.Technical Proposals and Sponsorship:
Author compelling technical proposals to secure sponsorship and support for the rollout of best practice initiatives across the organization.

• Create programs that drive operational excellence across 6 verticals of a large IT organization at Amazon.
• Partner with and learn from Amazon leaders to craft IT strategy and execute on it.
• Create program success metrics, track and report them.
• Earn trust and use it to drive change that improves deployment quality and software launch success.A day in the life- Narrate data rich proposals and acquire stakeholder buy-in for initiative prioritization.
- Develop and publish high value cross org program measurement and success reporting.
- Drive execution across 6 technology verticals.

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience creating, measuring and improving system and process performance metrics.
