Your Impact
• Lead CHG product team and drive a competitive product roadmap.
• Partner with architecture and execution teams, system architects, Cisco networking product and engineering teams, and external ASIC customers. Through those interactions, you will bring market and product requirements back into the engineering and execution teams.
• Building market analysis and a current and accurate view of the competitive landscape that provides the data to enter or change new markets through a clear value proposition
• Define positioning that enables the communication of the product value proposition for our Silicon One products for different markets and use cases
Minimum Qualifications
• A master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in chip and system architecture space driving projects from concept to production.
• A track record of successfully defining and shipping products in networking tech or network hardware space in a similar/related role with 15+ years of overall experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Deep understanding of networking customer requirements and usage models.
• Demonstrable experience with a combination ASIC, Hardware, and software stack.
• Prior experience leading cross functional team and/or projects as a product management leader.
